Andrew Brodsky is a Doctoral Candidate of Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School. He received his B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Management and Decision Processes. His research focuses on methods to: 1) Improve communication in increasingly virtual workplaces, 2) Encourage bottom-up innovation in organizations, and 3) Create policies that simultaneously maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Andrew has conducted research and consulted with organizations including Novo Nordisk, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kinderworld Education Group (Vietnam), and GuideWell Connect. His research has been covered in Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, Forbes, Fast Company, and CNBC. He has faclitated both Harvard Business School Executive Education and MBA courses on leadership, and is currently an instructor of negotiation and organizational conflict resolution at the Harvard University Extension School.
