Brad DeWees is a doctoral student in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He studies how public sector organizations navigate the process of change. His specific interests include how people share ideas and the effects that accountability has on creative thinking and organizational learning. He is a Captain in the United States Air Force, and will continue his military service upon completion of his PhD program.
