We are interested in learning more about how leaders should manage teams that aren’t performing to the best of their ability. Previous research has demonstrated that we are often able to quickly form very detailed impressions of people, even when we only meet them for a brief period of time (Uleman, Saribay, & Gonzalez, 2008). You will be asked to read a short description of a leader who is interacting with a team that they manage, and then provide your impressions of that leader on a number of different dimensions. By taking part in this study, you will contribute to social science research on leadership. This study will take about 10 minutes to complete.
