Lumumba Seegars is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior, a joint program with Harvard Business School and the Department of Psychology. He is interested in studying person-environment fit and misfit concerning social values and identities at work. Specifically, he looks at how fit and misfit can affect individuals' behaviors, such as engaging in change efforts and enacting the norms and values of their organizations. He has work experience in education, the performing arts, political campaigns, and ministry. Lumumba completed his undergraduate studies in Social Studies at Harvard College.
