Michele Rigolizzo studies individual learning in organizational settings at Harvard Business School.  Michele’s studies on ‘learning to learn’ from work serve a larger research agenda to improve the working life of adults through leveraging and enhancing the joy of learning through work.  By examining the behaviors employees engage is as they are in the act of learning, she hopes to shed light on key barriers to those behaviors and ways organizations can foster the situational conditions that make learning an integrated part of everyday work.
