Ryan D. Enos is a Professor of Government and Faculty Associate in the Institute for Quantitative Social Science specializing in American Politics, Political Psychology, and Race and Ethnic Politics.  He directs the Working Group in Political Psychology, an interdisciplinary forum for research on the microfoundations of citizen and elite behavior.  He studies political behavior and intergroup attitudes through laboratory and field experiments and other methods.  His research has been published in journals such as the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences and the American Journal of Political Science, in addition to other outlets, and has been covered in major media outlets such as the New York Times and the Washington Post.  He earned his AB in political science and history from U.C. Berkeley and his MA and PhD in political science from UCLA. Before entering academia, he was a teacher at Paul Robeson High School in Chicago, IL.
